Q  How long will the willow last outside?
A  Willow will age similar to a dead tree branch, it will still keep it's form but it will slowly develop a mottled, grey appearance and dry out completely.  If it isn't going to be handled it will last for many years!  I have a woven arch in my garden that is 10 years old and still going strong and picture those willow sculptures at parks that still look great after many years.  The fact that it is woven helps keep it looking great and intact too.  

Q  If I am going to be handling and decorating the weave constantly, how long will the weave last?
A  We do our best to do a really tight weave so it lasts as long as possible.  Careful handling is vital to it's longevity and it will look great for many years.  If you find over time a stick becomes loose, you can tie it down using a piece of natural willow or similar, this will stop others in that area becoming loose also.  Contact us for a quote if you require a full re-weave.

Q  Are the measurements to the outer inner edges?
A  Our pieces are measured to the outermost edges.

Q  Do you offer a trade discount?
A  Our prices are trade already, we don't add a mark-up.  Please contact us if you live locally or are planning a large order and we'll see if we can offer a small discount.

Q  Do you have a shop that I can come to?
A  We are an online shop so don't have a physical shop.  If you wish to see some of our products in person, please get in contact and we can arrange for you to come and visit us.  We also do seasonal markets and fairs so keep an eye on our Instagram account to see where we'll be next.

Q  Do you offer next-day delivery?
A  We use Evri and Parcelforce for our deliveries.  Whilst they both offer next-day delivery we have found often delivery is 2 working days from the date of dispatch.  We only hold a small amount of stock and a lot of our products are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order.  Please message us if you require something urgently and we'll do our best to get it to you on time.  You are also welcome to collect to get it even quicker, some times the same day!
